Hello! My name is Ann and I am the face behind Journey and Mills (formerly known as Miss Jee's Photography). I wear a lot of hats, literally AND figuratively. I'm a wife to the hardest working, unbelievably handsome man that I know. We said I do, back in 2010 on a chilly November day. Almost 4 years later, we were blessed with the cutest little boy with the deepest set of dimples. 2.5 years after that, our daughter entered our world and mesmerizes us with her beautiful brown eyes and curly hair.

Becoming a mama completely transformed my photography business in the best way possible. It made me want to capture the moments and memories over the "picture perfect" images. We have been a homeschool family since the start and I love holding that role in their lives.

A perfect day in my world would start with a medium French Vanilla Latte (with no foam). Quiet time to read before my family wakes up. We then would pack up and fly to the beach on an 80 degree day. A super fun fact - my husband is a pilot! We would splash in the waves and eat our favorite beach food which are jolly ranchers, sour gummies, cold cut subway sandwiches and Pringles. Don't forget to throw in some fresh fruit!

We would find a local place to eat dinner and finish the night with ice cream before we flew home.
